CHARLOTTE POLLINGER IS A NYC BASED CHEF, PHOTOGRAPHER and FOOD STYLIST.
Charlotte Pollinger is a NYC based chef, photographer and food stylist. After working on media campaigns for Revlon and Elizabeth Arden she attended culinary school at the International Culinary Center (formerly FCI) in Soho. She holds degrees in culinary, pastry and master bread baking and worked at Michelin star restaurant Rouge Tomate. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Charlotte joined the culinary team at HelloFresh, a meal-kit delivery service. Her team taught and fed millions of Americans during the pandemic. She is passionate about giving back and works closely with God’s Love We Deliver. When she’s not taking pictures or cooking, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her two adorable puppies Rigatoni and Fettuccine.
